Confidentiality

All stories submitted will receive responses from Victoria. Once you submit your story and provide feedback information, Victoria will contact you.

Once you are contacted by Victoria based on the information that you give her on your feedback form :
  1. Follow-up questions / Further Inquiries will be discussed as well as
  2. Confidentiality

For Example:
The following type of items will be discussed with you:
  • Can your name be used/published with the story that you shared or would you prefer to have your story published under anonymous?
  • Would you like your name to be shared with your story in the form of your only your first name and geographical location, for example?

Stories Used In This Compilation
 
Please know that:
  • You will be notified and you will need to give your approval before your story is published in the compilation.
  • Approval from the individual who submits each story will be needed for any and all stories that will be used in this World War Two stories compilation piece.

Please keep in mind that :
  • Anonymous stories can also be a part of this compilation - if you choose to not share your name, that is absolutely fine.
  • You will be sent copies of everything before anything would ever go to print.
Please submit your Feedback information and once your story is received, you will receive confirmation and feedback that your story was received. Confidentiality will be discussed with you at that point.
